Sabrina Lambert is the Founder and Owner as well as the current clinician with LuminHRT. She holds the position of Physician Associate and brings over 15 years of clinical expertise. After serving 26 years in the military, she retired in order to pursue her passion of leadership. She has been providing consultation services and clinical leadership in Urgent Care on the Monterey Peninsula. During her time there, she deepened her curiosity and knowledge about health longevity. At a relatively early age, she struggled with symptoms as she progressed through menopause and discovered firsthand what many practitioners have overlooked for decades. Recognizing the truth exists, she began her training as a Hormone Specialist leading to the establishment of LuminHRT. Focused on protocols developed by Dr. Neal Rouzier; a pioneer in bio identical hormone replacement therapy and founder of WorldLink Medical Academy. Sabrina is on a path to change what allopathic medicine does not provide. The ability to live at our most optimal level, debunking what we have been taught to accept as normal aging.

Do you accept insurance?
We offer a private, cash-based service with the option to use FSA/HSA accounts, providing clarity and convenience without the complexities of insurance billing.
As an "out-of-network" practice, we care for and treat you based on your needs, not on the needs of an insurance company. We offer comprehensive care which often consists of lifestyle, holistic, complementary treatments combined with advanced laboratory tests, all of which are frequently deemed "experimental" and excluded from insurance companies covered benefits.
Because our work falls outside of the scope of coverage for insurance carriers, our financial arrangement is with you. We ask for payment at the time of service and recommend our membership packages which can save costs.
Why is the initial membership 12 months?
Our process is based on research to ensure each client reaches their optimal health. Our hormonal pathways take time to respond and we know that every human body is different and requires a thorough and delicate assessment. Because every human is different, we provide a slow titration and close monitoring to ensure the needs of your body are met at the time and dose that is meant for you.
Based on years of research, we believe this is best accomplished over a 12 month program tailored to you specifically. Once optimal health is reached, you may transition to another membership model.
Can I cancel my membership? What is your refund policy?
Yes! You may cancel your membership at anytime. Although we attempt to be as transparent as possible with our pricing, the listed prices can change based on external factors, such as the price of lab work which is typically included in the membership cost.
Because of this, our refund policy is set to ensure costs already incurred are covered. You will receive a refund, less the cost of the initial consultation, follow up visits cost (based on hourly visit rate without a membership), and any lab costs associated. We will provide an itemized list of services paid for at the time of refund.
You will not be able to receive a refund for any medication or supplement already ordered.
Do you offer video visits (telemedicine)?
Yes! This allows more flexibility and convenience for a better life balance. Although we are local to the South Bay and Santa Cruz area, we currently only offer visits by video (telemedicine platform). This allows us to meet the needs of our surrounding community without restricting their ability to commute.
How do I get my labs drawn?
You may choose to walk in to a local lab group such as Quest Diagnostics who will already have the order from our clinician. Depending on your location, there are also options to have your lab drawn in your own home using a mobile phlebotomist (at an additional fee). This is not available in all locations. Please inquire on availability.
